Return Policy:
At Dermodality Skin Solutions, we are committed to providing professional support to licensed skincare professionals. Our return policies are clear and straightforward: All Sales Final.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to verify whether any item has been tampered with once it leaves our facility. Accordingly, all sales are final. Dermodality Skin Solutions reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify this return process and to modify or discontinue selling any or all of the Products at any time. The company reserves the right to refuse return on products at any time.
Damaged Items:
Licensed professionals are responsible for verifying the condition of all products upon receipt.If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt. Include your order number and a photograph of the damaged item. We will work with you to address the issue promptly.
Notice Regarding Consumer Purchases:
Dermodality Skin Solutions products are sold exclusively to licensed skincare professionals. Any products purchased by consumers through a licensed professional—such as an esthetician, dermatologist, or other authorized professional—are the responsibility of that professional. All inquiries, concerns, or return requests related to such purchases must be directed to the licensed professional who sold the product. Dermodality Skin Solutions does not provide consumer support on behalf of licensed professionals, including orders fulfilled or drop-shipped by our company.
Shipping Policy:
Please allow 24–48 hours for order processing. All orders will be prepared and shipped during our fulfillment center business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.—5 p.m. Pacific Time. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped from our fulfillment center. Please save the link emailed to you to track the delivery of your package.
