Based in Southern California, Tony has spent decades creating innovative, results-driven formulations, and yes, when people say, “I’ve known Tony for years,” the truth is… he’s very popular.

At home, Tony is a devoted husband and father of two daughters, bringing the same care, curiosity, and dedication to family life as he does to crafting transformative skincare.

Jeff Traylor is the CEO of Dermodality Skin Solutions, bringing creativity, entrepreneurial drive, and a love for people to the company. A lifelong baseball fan, Jeff played the game himself and has volunteered as a coach, sharing his passion for the sport and mentoring others along the way.

Before joining Dermodality, Jeff owned an entertainment company in Las Vegas, where he sharpened his leadership skills and entrepreneurial vision. Originally from Idaho, he’s a devoted dog dad to Mona, Lisa, and Max, bringing the same care, humor, and dedication to his family as he does to growing Dermodality.

Victoria Jewell is the COO and co-owner of Dermodality Skin Solutions and the co-founder of the Dermodality Institute of Modern Esthetics (DIME). A California native who has called Las Vegas home since 1999, her journey into skincare began after struggling with her own skin and experiencing truly transformative results with Dermodality.

Victoria earned her esthetics licensure in Las Vegas in 2017 and quickly realized her passion for advanced skincare and education. From stay-at-home mom to bartender to licensed esthetician, she worked her way up through nearly every role at Dermodality — customer service, shipping, marketing, training, and operations — proving herself through passion, persistence, and purpose. Over time, she rose into leadership and ultimately became co-owner of the brand she once fell in love with as a client.

Today, she is dedicated to growing Dermodality into a globally recognized name, elevating the esthetics industry through stronger education, meaningful community, and results-driven skincare that professionals can trust.

Above all, Victoria is a devoted mother of three teenagers. Outside of her professional work, she values yoga, time in nature, and meaningful moments with her family and partner. She approaches both life and leadership with authenticity, integrity, and heart.

Paria Schwicht is a dedicated esthetician with a passion for results-driven skincare, committed to delivering visible and transformative outcomes. Prior to her career in esthetics, Paria cultivated a diverse professional background in hospitality and luxury sales, equipping her with a unique combination of customer service expertise, a keen eye for detail, and exceptionally high standards of practice. Additionally, Paria is multilingual, which enhances her ability to connect with a diverse clientele.

Originally from Iran, she grew up in Marin County, California, and has called Las Vegas home for over 20 years. Outside of her professional life, she has a passion for wine, shared with her husband, a sommelier. Together, they enjoy a variety of activities including camping, hiking, bonfires, cooking, reading, and exploring new restaurants. Their household is completed by a very handsome Maine Coon cat named Elvis and a beloved foster cat named Pumpkin, whom they discovered outside the Dermodality offices and named after the Pumpkin Peel.

Lisa Reinhardt has spent more than 25 years working in professional skincare education, sales leadership, and brand development. She is known for translating complex skincare science into clear, practical education that resonates across all levels of expertise. By bridging ingredient functionality with skin physiology, Lisa enables professionals to confidently understand not just what they are using, but why it works—delivering meaningful education that inspires performance, supports brand growth, and advances professional standards.

Beyond the classroom, Lisa brings creativity and curiosity to everything she does. She is a lifelong musician with over 50 years of experience playing flute and saxophone with various groups, and a devoted cat mom to three beloved kitties. That balance of science, artistry, and genuine connection is reflected in her teaching—thoughtful, engaging, and grounded in both expertise and passion for the industry.

Autumn is the Shipping Manager at Dermodality Skin Solutions and a Las Vegas native, born and raised in the city she calls home.

Passionate about skincare, Autumn is eager to continue learning and growing within the industry. She hopes to turn her love for skincare into a long-term career as she continues to develop her expertise with Dermodality.
